However, you should remember that only the Billing admins can work around these steps:
- Go to admin.atlassian.com/billing and select your billing account. If you have more than one account, you should choose the relevant one.
- Next, select the Subscriptions tab from the left sidebar navigation.
- In the subscriptions table, find the Mocky app (either for Confluence or Jira depending on which version you want to use the promo code for) then choose “Manage.”
- Next, you can select “More actions” and then choose “Enter promo code.”
- Now, you can type in the promo code, then choose “Validate” followed by “Apply discount.”
After the code has been validated and applied, you will find the discount is set to start at the beginning of your next billing cycle on the subscription details page.
How to override another active promo discount
If you are currently using a different discount and wish to change it to our new promo code for Christmas and New Year, you can replace it by following the above steps.
However, you will choose the option to “Update promo code” instead of “Enter promo code.” Again, you must keep in mind that only the Billing admins can override the discount code on the app.
